Why We Built This Site
Finding a Cross County warrant record can require more than one office. Courts issue warrants and control recalls, hearings, and case records. The Sheriff's Office maintains and serves many warrants, publishes a limited public list, and can confirm the bond and issuing court. The Cross County Circuit Clerk keeps circuit criminal files. Traffic, misdemeanor, ordinance, and preliminary felony cases may instead belong to the Wynne, Parkin, or Cherry Valley departments of the 25th Judicial District Court. Hickory Ridge cases route to Wynne under the current plan.
Arkansas has no public ACIC or NCIC warrant lookup. Search ARCourts is a public case and docket portal, not a complete warrant-status system. Organizing these distinctions helps a person checking their own status or assisting a relative reach the office that actually controls the record.
What You Will Find Here
- Warrant checks: use the sheriff list, official phone confirmation, court dockets, and records requests.
- Active warrants: understand what an outstanding entry shows and what it leaves out.
- Bench warrants: identify the court behind a missed setting or failure-to-pay matter.
- Arrest warrants: review judicial issuance, service, bond, and surrender channels.
- Local routing: find Cross County sheriff, Circuit Clerk, and district-department contacts.
What We Cannot Do
Cross County Warrant Records is privately operated and has no affiliation with an Arkansas court, sheriff, police department, clerk, or government agency. It cannot:
- Run or certify an official warrant check
- Recall, quash, remove, or clear a warrant
- Post bond or take any payment
- Schedule court, surrender, or a walk-through
- Give legal advice about a particular case
- Guarantee that a listing, fee, phone number, or status remains current
Only the issuing court and the Cross County Sheriff's Office can confirm whether a warrant exists and whether it has been served, recalled, or cleared.
Search Partners
Some content pages contain search tools operated by outside providers. A provider controls its own service, prices, results, and privacy practices. A paid signup reached through one of those tools may generate a referral fee that supports site operations. Outside search results are not official Cross County warrant confirmation, and this site does not control their completeness or accuracy.
